Upon booking an appointment you will be required to fill out a new client form and agree with my policy and to enter a valid card. Last minute cancellations/rescheduling must be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any no-shows or last minute reschedules/cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled services to the card on file. If the card is not valid and the cancellation fee does not go through, you will not be able to make future appointments until all accumulated fees are paid in full.

 

For brazilian waxing, if you are over 6 weeks of hair growth and book for 6 weeks less, your service is subject to be rescheduled or changed to a lesser service. If you no-show two times, you will automatically be banned from online booking with no notice and cannot book again until all accumulated fees are paid. After 15 minutes of your appointment and you have not notified or arrived, your appointment will automatically be considered a no-show and will be charged the no-show fee.

 

I understand life happens, but I greatly appreciate arriving at your appointment on time. If you are 10 min late or more to your appointment, be aware I cannot guarantee that I will have time for the entire scheduled service(s) and is subject to be rescheduled. If you are 5 minutes late or more to a 15 minute appointment your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

All sales are final and do not offer refunds. I do not service males or ages under 13. Only certain services including underarms, facial waxing, bikini or spray tanning services are accepted for 13+. You must be 16 or older to receive a Brazilian service and have a parent or guardian sign the new client form and be accompanied by parent/guardian if under the age of 18. No walk-in's accepted (by appointment only).
