I'm LeeAnn, creator and owner of Skin & Sugar Esthetics. As an experienced Esthetician, I love to get to know my clients. My passions are making sure you feel relaxed and comfortable during your treatments, all while creating a safe and inviting atmosphere. My mission is to help you attain that velvety smooth skin and sun-kissed glow you've been longing for! I am a huge skin care nerd and I enjoy sharing all of my tips and tricks with my clients.
Outside of work, you'll catch me sipping on some delicious coffee at my favorite café, testing out my baking skills, or soaking up quality time with my puppy and family.

Frequently asked questions
Q: Does sugar waxing hurt?
A: The level of pain depends on the pain threshold of the individual—no hair removal is truly not painful. Some tolerate more than others. I recommend taking Advil/pain reliever beforehand!
Q: Do I need to trim my hair before my sugaring service?
A: Nope! I've got you covered. To prevent over trimming your hair at home, if your hair needs to be trimmed I will do it during service.
Q: What should I avoid before my wax appointment?
A: Avoid high caffeine, topical retinols, exfoliants, tanning, and excessive sun exposure before your appointment, as these may make the skin more sensitive.
Q: How long does my hair need to be to sugar?
A: The length of a grain of rice or more. At least 3-4 weeks of growth from shaving. The longer the better! Underarms 1-2 weeks of growth.
Q: Can I shave in between waxing?
A: Noo! Shaving after waxing disrupts the hair cycle and can irritate the follicles resulting in bumps/ingrowns as well as losing progress made with waxing.
Q: How often do I need to come for sugar waxing?
A: Depended on hair growth but typically Sugaring every 4-6 weeks
Q: Can I get waxed on my period?
A: Yes!!! Life happens! You might just be a little extra sensitive. All clients must wear a tampon or some type of period cup during service while on cycle.
Q: Can I sugar wax while pregnant?
A: Yes! Sugar wax products are pregnancy safe with no alcohols/fragrance/chemicals and it's hypoallergenic! Always consult with your doctor first.
Q: How long will my results last?
A: Most clients can enjoy smooth results for around 2-4 weeks depending on their hair growth cycle and consistency with appointments.

Booking Policy & Terms
Upon booking an appointment you will be required to fill out a new client form and agree with my policy and to enter a valid card. Last minute cancellations/rescheduling must be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any no-shows or last minute reschedules/cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled services to the card on file. If the card is not valid and the cancellation fee does not go through, you will not be able to make future appointments until all accumulated fees are paid in full. If the card is not valid and the cancellation fee does not go through, any and all appointments will be canceled and will not be able to make or attend future appointments until paid. All outstanding balances must be paid no later than 24 hours before your appointment. If your appointment is booked within 24 hours, any outstanding balance must be paid immediately upon booking.
Brazilian Waxing Appointments:
Please be sure to book the appropriate service based on hair growth. Brazilian waxing appointments that are intended for 6 weeks or less of hair growth, If you arrive with more than 6 weeks of hair growth after booking a Brazilian service, your appointment may be adjusted to a longer service, rescheduled, or modified based on the amount of hair present.
No-Show Policy:
Clients who no-show two appointments will have their online booking privileges revoked without additional notice. Future appointments may not be scheduled until all outstanding fees have been paid.
Late Arrival Policy:
I understand that unexpected delays happen, and I greatly appreciate your effort to arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, I cannot guarantee there will be enough time to complete your scheduled service(s). Depending on the remaining appointment time, your service(s) may need to be shortened or your appointment may be rescheduled.
For appointments scheduled for 15-20 minutes, clients arriving 5 minutes or more late will need to reschedule their appointment.
Clients who are 15 minutes late without notifying the studio or arriving for their appointment will be considered a no-show and charged the applicable no-show fee

I do not service males or ages under 13.
For ages 13-15: May receive non-intimate facial waxing, eyebrow, underarms, arms, legs, Bikini, and Deep Bikini waxing services with a completed and signed parent or legal guardian consent form.
For ages 16–17: May receive all waxing services, including Barely Brazilian and Brazilian services, with a completed and signed parent or legal guardian consent form.

No walk-ins accepted. Appointments are by online booking only. All sales are final and do not offer refunds.

All services provided by Skin & Sugar Esthetics are cosmetic and esthetic in nature and are performed within the scope of a licensed esthetician under Florida law. Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
Results may vary depending on skin type, hair growth patterns, medications, aftercare, and individual factors.
By booking an appointment and receiving services, clients acknowledge there are possible risks including temporary redness, irritation, sensitivity, allergic reactions, skin lifting, or breakouts.
Clients are responsible for disclosing medications, allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions prior to services.
Skin & Sugar Esthetics reserves the right to refuse or modify services when necessary for client safety or contraindications.
